Born in Argentina, I became a dancer, and later embraced the dance of connection, Argentinean tango. I am an Expressive Arts Therapist, and a student of Dance Movement Therapy, have trained in Danzaterapia (Maria Fux Method) and Dance for Parkinson’s Disease. The concept of Dancing Soul I have conceived emerged from my work on expressive dance with women experiencing physical and psychological challenges. It focuses on the inherent capacity of the imagination and the expressive self to create possibilities and change honouring the connection between the physical and the spiritual present in everyone’s journey. I am passionate about offering the gift of dance and art to people from all ages and walks of life and different abilities, for them to find inner resources, aliveness, and joy. Working with special needs groups and with women is my true passion. I have run the Expressive Arts Program for teens at Gilford Park Secondary School and also facilitate Expressive Arts through Movement for Self Care for teachers and expressive dance for women in recovery. I am a practitioner of Therapeutic Touch.
