This poem by Fernando Pessoa, the great Portuguese writer, came to me today from two sources, first by the resonance of a group of women dancers looking to be true to themselves and the second by a John O'Donohue who pointed towards it through his writings. Here it is wishing all, presence, intensity and truth in life :
“To be great, be whole;
Exclude nothing, exaggerate nothing that is not you.
Be whole in everything. Put all you are
Into the smallest thing you do.
So, in each lake, the moon shines with splendor
Because it blooms up above."
